Do you offer discreet packaging on shipped items?
We understand your concerns and we value your privacy. All of our deliveries have discreet packaging. Everything is shipped in a standard brown box with no graphics or logos. Even the company name is listed as ‘IT Web Store’ on our labels. No need to worry, we’ve got you covered!
Do I need to make an account to purchase online?
Nope! If you don’t want to make an account with us, then all you need to do is type your shipping address and payment information each time you make a purchase. Otherwise if you make an account, your information is securely kept and saved under your account credentials. So next time you make a purchase you can choose your payment and shipping address that is saved on your account and skip through typing it in manually each time.
I forgot my password, what do I do??
No sweat! If you have forgotten your password, click the “Lost your password?” button underneath the login form. This will send you a link to change your password to the email associated with your account.
I want to return a product. How do I do that?

As of now, we only ship around the United States. This could always change in the future though!
How much is shipping?
All of our products ship out of Johnson City, TN. Based on the products you buy and their weights, our system automatically calculates your shipping cost at checkout.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Every order we receive, we begin packaging as soon as possible, to assure it gets to you as fast as it can. We take anywhere from 24-48 hours to process your order (if it’s received on a weekend, that can delay it further) and send it out. From there it depends on how far you live from northeast Tennessee and on USPS. Check your email for shipping updates so you can start your countdown till arrival.
How do I know what size I am?
That is a good question! Lingerie is not something you want to gamble with, that’s why we made a handy-dandy sizing chart for you. If you still can’t decide, come visit us to get a free fitting and we will get you the size that feels the best!
Do vibes come with batteries?
Only products with cell batteries like cock rings or tiny bullets are delivered with batteries. Otherwise any products that need batteries will not be shipped with batteries included. Batteries will need to be purchased separately. However, we make sure to test the functionality of every vibe sent out our doors to make sure it is operational. A still vibe is a bad vibe and we are all about good vibes at Intimate Treasures!
